Due to the problems caused by the ash cloud over Europe we have postponed the training course in Timisoara. New dates of the training course are for now 01 - 08.07.2010. The aim of the training course is to encourage and qualify young people to use digital media for raising European awareness and fostering mutual understanding and intercultural dialogue in Europe. Once again the training course “Film academy: Spotlight on Europe” will take place in Istanbul during 7th - 15th May 2010. This seminar will present possibilities of adopting new media for political education and intercultural learning. 24 young people from Turkey,  United Kingdom, Poland, Germany and Romania will acquire media and journalistic skills. Unfortunately we have to cancel the training course in Timisoara (19-26.04.2010) due to the problems caused by the ash cloud over Europe. We have postponed the training course and we will try to organize it in July. Each participant and each partner organization of the training course will be informed about the new dates of the course.

The changes that happened during these years in Central and Eastern Europe have opened a gateway to free and independent press. In the journalism field the need for professional instruction is obvious and can be measured only through the excited response of those working not only in the press but also in the different journalism programs all around the world.
